Such a sad scenario when William Coe of Davenport, Fl. was accused and later acquitted of three counts of manslaughter. I don't know if Coe was legally impaired or not on that awful manslaughter charge. A jury was not convinced beyond a reasonable doubt. You would think such a dramatic event would change a persons life forever. That was not the case here.
Coe this past week was driving his pick up when he was unable to negotiate a turn. He hit two road signs and a small tree before coming to a stop by another. Deputies found an empty beer can and Coe had the odor alcohol on his breath when he was found. He was in extremely critical condition at last report.
