An Ohio man was given the opportunity to keep himself out of prison if he would stop smoking marijuana. The one problem for 19 year old Damaine Mitchell, he liked smoking his weed too much. He surprised Judge Melba Marsh by asking her if he could smoke one more joint before agreeing to give the drug up. She quickly denied his request. No word yet on if the judge is going to sentence Mitchell to jail.
