Brian L. Edwards, Esq.
Attorney Brian Edwards is one of the few attorneys in the State of Florida
that has successfully defended a
murder case and had the charges dropped on the "stand your ground"
law. He is also a former Assistant State Attorney with prosecution experience
in many various types of crimes. This gives our firm an advantage that
few other firms can offer to their clients, as we will be able to draw
on his extensive experience from both sides of the courtroom to assist
our clients. Attorney Edwards has been a
lifetime resident of Lee County and understands the community better than most law firms
because of this.

he received his degree in criminal Justice in 1997. He attended law school
at Oklahoma City University graduating in 2000.
In addition to successfully defending a murder charge, he has also won
numerous murder cases as a prosecutor. This is a great advantage in court
